Shipping & Delivery

1. How much is delivery?

Orders over £90 – FREE Standard Delivery

Orders under £90 – Standard UK delivery: £5.99 (inc. VAT)

Next Day Delivery – Available for orders placed before 3 PM (Monday – Thursday).


2. How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

Next Day Delivery: Available for stocked items when ordered before 3 PM.

Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unwanted items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.


2. How do I return a product?

To return an item, please visit our Returns Pageand click on the Returns Portal. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request. 


3. How long does it take to recieve a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
